Operated by Sunset Hospitality Group, the team behind AURA Skypool, Azure Beach, Drift Beach Club and SUSHISAMBA.
SHG is one of the region's most established hospitality operators, present across 16 countries with over 50 venues. Their portfolio spans beach clubs, restaurants, nightlife, hotels and wellness concepts, operating in the UAE, Spain, Italy, the UK, and across Asia. SHG already run a comparable community clubhouse model at Jumeirah Islands, giving a clear reference point for what is yet to come in Tilal Al Ghaf.

Sunset Hospitality Group lists the following dining, fitness and wellness concepts for Tilal Al Ghaf and are expected to be opening towards the end of 2026 to early 2027.
Japanese dining
Goldfish Sushi & Yakitori
The most recognisable restaurant brand coming to Tilal Al Ghaf. Goldfish was created by Singapore-born chef Akmal Anuar, known in Dubai for founding 3Fils. The concept focuses on contemporary Japanese cuisine in a relaxed neighbourhood setting: sushi and yakitori, with seasonal ingredients sourced directly from Japan. The original Al Wasl location holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand and a Gault & Millau listing. The Tilal Al Ghaf opening is its second Dubai location.
Neighbourhood bar and grill
Joe's Tavern
SHG's neighbourhood pub and casual dining concept. The Tilal Al Ghaf version of Joe's Backyard which already runs successfully at the Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse. Good, easy-going food in a social, informal community setting.
Provençal bistro
Bistro d'Amélie
SHG's Provençal bistro, know for their Belgravia branch, London. Relaxed French dining with a Mediterranean sensibility and a design-led interior. An all-day space that works as easily for a morning coffee as a long weekend lunch. Refined without being formal.
Fitness
Raise Fitness & Wellness
Sunset Hospitality Group's dedicated fitness brand, with existing UAE locations. A full-service, state of the art gym with wellness facilities. The Tilal Al Ghaf location is their latest announced opening, embedded directly within the resort.
Wellness
MOI Spa
MOI Spa, the Marbella and Estepona-based luxury spa concept, is confirmed for both Tilal Al Ghaf and Jubail Island, Abu Dhabi. Known for personalised massage, facial, and body ritual treatments using premium natural products from Natura Bissé, delivered by skilled therapists in an intimate, design-led setting. One of very few residential communities in Dubai with a dedicated spa of this calibre on-site.
